This year's festival offers opportunities for ratings and MusicFest Canada invites if requested or a non-competitive format. Vancouver Island Concert Band and Orchestra has a long history of providing viable educational experiences for school and community music ensembles. Vancouver Island Concert Band and Orchestra is a regional festival of MusicFest Canada.
